Tokyo Metropolitan Rokusen Park 'Beginner's Nordic Walking Class' (April)

Challenge yourself with Nordic walking!
This exercise class teaches the basics of Nordic walking, including how to walk and how to use the specialized poles. It is recommended for those who have concerns about their knees or back and have given up walking, as well as those who want to increase their exercise intensity. The target audience is 18 years and older. Beginners are welcome to participate. Please bring suitable shoes and clothing for exercise, a hat, a drink, and poles (free rental available for those who do not have them). Pre-registration is required. Capacity is limited to 10 people. Participation on the day may be possible if there are openings. Organized by Seibu Musashino Partners.
