This fireworks festival, held around Katsuura Fishing Port, is indeed the first in 6 years. Colorful fireworks light up the night sky and the sea against the backdrop of the vast ocean. The launch site is close to the audience (some paid seats available; paid seats can be reserved from Katsuura City website), providing an exceptional sense of presence.
