Toyotomi's Glory ― A Historical Journey through the Records of a Uniter of the Land ―

Toyotomi Hideyoshi and His Clan
Toyotomi Hideyoshi ended the Warring States period and opened a new era. He was promoted by Oda Nobunaga and rose to prominence through his remarkable talents, eventually achieving the great feat of unifying the country after Nobunaga's death. This mini-exhibition introduces Hideyoshi's time as a retainer of Nobunaga and his role as a uniter, along with the clan and retainers that supported him, based on historical materials held by the museum. The exhibition will use part of the 3rd floor permanent exhibition room.
