Immunity Boosting Exercise Class - Spring Session -

This is the 'Immunity Boosting Exercise' class held at the Prefectural Hashimoto Gymnasium. The purpose of the class is to enhance the body's inherent power (immunity). It includes programs that help loosen the important toe muscles for walking, activating large muscle groups in the body for proper walking and maintaining health. The program is enjoyable even for beginners and can be started at any time. Participation for one session only is possible. The target audience is 18 years and older. Please wear clothing suitable for exercise. ■Notes To prevent the spread of infections, if you have a fever or feel unwell, you cannot participate in the class or enter the facility.
