Special Opening of Shichikendo

The registered tangible cultural property Shichikendo will be specially opened, allowing visitors to see inside. During the opening period, the NPO Oiso Guide Association will provide explanations on-site. Shichikendo was relocated to its current location from the Shihikendo built by Hirobumi Ito in the Sourokaku of Oiso Town. Initially, it enshrined four people: Takamori Saigo, Toshimichi Okubo, Sanjo Sanetomi, and Kido Takayoshi, and later, Hirobumi Ito, Komei Saionji, and Shigeru Yoshida were enshrined. Photographs of seven individuals are displayed inside.

Regular cars: 300 yen for the first hour on weekends and holidays, 150 yen for every additional 30 minutes, no maximum. Free on weekdays.

3 minutes from the Seisho Bypass 'Oiso Nishi IC' / 7 minutes from the Odawara-Atsugi Road 'Oiso IC' right near 'Shiroyama Park Intersection'

Access (Public)

3 minutes on foot from 'Shiroyama Park Mae' stop on the Kanachu bus from JR Oiso Station heading to Ninomiya Station, Nishikoenmae, or Oiso Prince Hotel.
