The area is developed around Karo Fishing Port, featuring numerous seafood restaurants that use plenty of crabs and oysters, as well as souvenir shops lined with fresh seafood. Be sure to visit the popular crab aquarium 'Kanikko-kan' (free entrance) for the kids.
