400th Anniversary Event of Lord Terumoto Mouri's Passing

The achievements of Lord Terumoto Mouri, the founder of Hagi, are conveyed
On April 27, marking the 400th anniversary of the passing of Lord Terumoto Mouri, the founder of Hagi, events will be held at Shizuki Park in the Hagi Castle Ruins, with the main venue in the surrounding castle town. On the special stage in Shizuki Park, traditional events related to the Mouri family of Hagi will be showcased. Within the park, visitors can enjoy hands-on events such as treasure hunting, tea serving, and the Shizuki Mountain trail, as well as the traveling Hagi Marche and children's festival. Additionally, the Hagi Daimyo Procession (Heian Kobigumi) will parade from the castle town towards the Hagi Castle Ruins.
