Empathy Circle - A practice of receiving pure empathy

An empathy circle is a talking circle where one person, the “speaker,” shares their own episode, while everyone else becomes “listeners” who focus on the speaker's emotions and the important things they wish to cherish (needs). The roles of “speaker” and “listeners” alternate. It is not a discussion or an exchange of opinions. Let's experience how much healing power lies in the act of just listening.
