Nissui Hyakunen Kappo

The event "Nissui Hyakunen Kappo" themed around fully farmed "Kurose Buri" will be held for 5 days and 9 hours only. Special menus using this product will be offered for free (limited quantity). The menu includes three items: nigiri sushi, teriyaki, and carpaccio featuring "Kurose Buri," served on a single plate. Those wishing to taste must fill out a dedicated card at the venue describing "the fish dish you want to preserve for 100 years" in exchange for tasting.
