An autumn festival that turns the Nakasendo pedestrian road of about 3km into a pedestrian paradise. Various street performances take place, creating a very lively atmosphere. Concurrent events include 'Hina Market', 'Kounosu Chapter 16 of the Temporary Dyed Town', and 'Ougami Onsen Great Snake Mikoshi'.
