In Shibuya City, to ensure that residents and those commuting or attending school in Shibuya can continue to live vibrantly, we provide opportunities to properly understand frailty and begin initiatives on "preventing nursing care", "preventing social withdrawal", and "promoting health". Continuing from last year, we will hold the 'Shibuya Frailty Prevention Fair 2025'. Frailty refers to a state that occurs as a result of aging, where physical and mental functions decline, placing individuals between a healthy state and a state requiring nursing care.
