This time, the producer is 'Lake Biwa Glass.' They collect sea glass along the shores of Lake Biwa and upcycle it into accessories and interior goods. They will share their thoughts on initiatives to protect Lake Biwa. After hearing about the charm of the ingredients from the producer, a cooking class will be held by the head chef, followed by a special lunch.
