Japanese Cuisine Tasting Event
A special one-night-only Japanese cuisine tasting event!
A new initiative combining kaiseki cuisine made from carefully selected ingredients from across the country, paired with selected wines and sake, and a live performance of the traditional Japanese culture 'calligraphy'. Enjoy the performance by Mr. Sho Go, a calligrapher and contemporary artist with many awards both domestically and internationally, while savoring wines and sake selected by the chef of the Japanese restaurant 'Nishiki', who ranked 5th in the national sake tasting championship (1st in Kagawa Prefecture), alongside ingredients such as Hokkaido salmon and hairy crab, and Miyagi prefecture's Sendai beef.
