At the Hiroshima Prefectural Animal Protection Center, cats are offered free of charge to those who can care for them with love and responsibility until the end. Before adoption, attending a pre-adoption lecture (free) to acquire the necessary knowledge for properly raising a cat is mandatory. Additionally, to provide more opportunities to learn about proper animal husbandry, individuals who "are not planning to get a cat right away but want to learn" and "already have a cat" are also allowed to attend.

Get off the limousine bus at "Hiroshima Airport" and walk for about 11 minutes.
