2023 Ohishida Festival 'Mogami River Fireworks Festival'
The number one community firework display: seven consecutive No. 20 shells!
Starting in the evening, there will be a competition of portable shrines by this year's new adults and various groups, enveloping the venue in excitement. Large fireworks centered around the No. 10 shell and fantastical creative fireworks woven with music and light will also be launched in the sky above the Mogami River. At the climax, as part of the 70th anniversary of the new town establishment, we will launch a community firework display packed with the hopes and wishes of all residents, featuring 'seven consecutive No. 20 shells'. You can experience the overwhelming power and tremors of the night sky up close. On the day before, the 'Restoration Festival' will be held in front of the station, gathering dancers from within and outside the prefecture.
