WE LOVE MANGA~Tracing the Path and Evolution of Manga through 12 Artists Holding Original Drawings~

30th Anniversary Special Project Part 6!
This exhibition is based on the book 'What is Manga? Questions about Manga Explained through Manga' published by the Kyoto International Manga Museum and the Kyoto Seika University International Manga Research Center. It focuses on 12 manga artists who have their original drawings housed in the Yokote City Masuda Manga Museum, showcasing the history of manga from the rental book era to the present through 'original drawings'. At the same time, it reflects on the museum's journey as it celebrates its 30th anniversary and broadly introduces the museum's mission and activities themed around 'manga original drawings'.
