The most important thing in mountain climbing is to walk enjoyably and come down safely. Let's incorporate yoga poses to cultivate the necessary 'muscle strength', 'endurance', and 'balance' required to walk steadily on mountains. Most participants are beginners to novice levels. Even if it's your first time doing yoga, you can enjoyably and relaxing move your body, which has received good reviews. It's a small group, so you can feel secure receiving careful instruction from the basics.
