A gorge upstream of a river where many waterfalls appear along a walking path of about 4 km. Among them, the five waterfalls called 'Akame Five Falls'—Fudo Falls, Senju Falls, Nunobiki Falls, Ninais Falls, and Biwa Falls—offer fantastic scenery that is a must-see. The trees adorned with red and yellow leaves display various expressions in the dappled sunlight.
