Ohtawara Seven Deities Opening

The 'Ohtawara Seven Deities Pilgrimage' involves visiting 1 shrine and 6 temples in Ohtawara City. The Seven Deities refer to the collective of seven gods: Daikokuten, Bishamonten, Ebisu, Jurojin, Fukurokuju, Benzaiten, and Hotei. It is said that by worshipping the Seven Deities, seven calamities are removed, and seven blessings are bestowed. The opening period is from the 1st to the 7th of January, May, and September.
