Learn about SDGs with your family at a sake brewery
Sake is a traditional local industry in Kobe. The raw materials for sake are rice and water. To make good sake, ''good rice'' is very important. In addition to producing sake, it is also necessary to be ''environmentally friendly.'' This time, people who support rice production and those who are engaged in environmentally friendly initiatives will gather to provide a place for elementary school students, who will bear the future, to think about SDGs. This content can be learned not only by children but also by parents. ■Notes There are various themes such as rice production, colors, water, fermentation, compost, electric vehicles, and timber.
