Ibhata Yakushi Weekend Zen Meditation (December)
A time to face oneself in silence
A Zen meditation session held every weekend night for individuals. Anyone in the 5th grade or older can participate. The content includes chanting (beginning with the Heart Sutra and the Four Great Vows), Zen meditation (3 sessions of 15-30 minutes each, with short breaks in between), walking meditation (walking in the precincts; indoors on rainy days), Dharma talks (mini talks on topics like the Dhammapada), and tea gatherings (casual discussions while enjoying tea and snacks). Please make a reservation in advance by phone or email.
