In the Edo period, tea ceremony was regarded as an essential skill for the daimyo. We exhibit famous tea ceremony tools including the daimyo treasure, the Muneo Koshikake tea caddy, bestowed by Tokugawa Ieyasu, and items related to Ii Naosuke, unraveling the tea ceremony of the Ii family.
