Sparkling Wine Tasting and Explanation Session

The manufacturing staff of Tokachi Wine (Ikeda Town Grape and Wine Research Institute) will explain how to make authentic sparkling wine. Tasting of 'Bloom White' is included. *Not available to those under 20 years old and drivers. Additionally, one person per session can experience 'decanter experience' where the frozen sediment pops out when the crown cap is removed. Reception starts 10 minutes before the event. Location: in C warehouse (sparkling wine manufacturing facility)
