Hydrangeas bloom in a historic garden.
A representative military family's garden from the mid Tokugawa period built by Tokugawa Harutomi, the 10th lord of the Kishu Tokugawa family. It incorporates seawater into the pond and is designed to resemble China's West Lake. The hydrangeas of Yoshuien bloom in a section named "Hydrangea Alley" with Japanese native Yamajazai and Gakuajisai, which can only be accessed during this period. Enjoy the beautiful garden scenery.
