Fireworks of Hidakagawa color the summer
A summer festival held around the Hidakagawa in the Takatsu area (formerly Nakatsu village) of Hidakagawa Town. It features the very popular "ayu and eel catching competition" for children, performances by the Miyama Taiko, and a fireworks display to conclude the event.
