The 21st Hotaru no Furusato Aikawa River

Did you know that the glow of Genji fireflies varies by region? In 2020, a type found only in the Goto Islands, including Fukue Island, Kuka Island, Wakamatsu Island, Nakadori Island, and Uku Island, was discovered, which glows once per second. The characteristic of this Goto Islands type Genji firefly is that it looks just like a Genji firefly, but it glows very quickly, giving a very bustling impression to those from outside the Goto Islands. Enjoy the differences as you observe.
