Possibilities of Regenerative Medicine ~ What can be done with iPS cells ~ (Asaka Open Lecture)

Let's understand the current state and direction of regenerative medicine
iPS cells have been developed and regenerative medicine has made significant progress in Japan, with clinical research on transplantation for age-related macular degeneration starting. However, these attempts are still midway from the perspective of practical application. This presentation will not only introduce the current situation but also some attempts being made at our university. Furthermore, I will overview the possibilities and directions of regenerative medicine in the future, incorporating my personal views. The application period is from April 1 (Tuesday) to May 30 (Friday). ■ Notes Public lecture (Spring 2025)
