Children under 3 can attend for free if sitting on an adult's lap (1 child per 1 adult). If a seat is needed for children under 3, a child ticket is required. Wheelchair seats and companion seats can only be purchased through the Edogawa Ward Comprehensive Cultural Center box office by phone.
