[Hydrangea - Best Viewing] Hanazono Hydrangea Garden

The garden is home to about 3,500 plants and 100,000 hydrangea flowers, featuring a variety of species such as Western hydrangeas, large-leaf hydrangeas, mountain hydrangeas, and small-leaf hydrangeas. The garden, surrounded by cedar forests, remains cool even in midsummer, providing an opportunity to see the mystical sight of soft hydrangea flowers blooming amidst rising mist. It is also conveniently accessible from Mount Koyasan, making it a recommended spot for a summer drive in search of coolness.
