A special program for summer research where families learn and make traditional Japanese food. The first session is making pickled plums on 6/22 (Sun), the second session is making barley tea from barley on 7/13 (Sun), and the third session is making natto with straw on 7/21 (Mon, public holiday). A series of 3 consecutive lectures. Application deadline is May 31 (Sat) for first-come-first-served basis. Target audience is children aged 4 to middle school students and their guardians. The barley tea making session is an online class. *All seats are full, so applications are closed.
