Tai Chi is one of China's traditional martial arts. Its smooth and relaxed movements are suitable for middle-aged and older individuals, as well as those who are generally lacking in exercise, making it popular as a form of health practice in Japan. This class is designed for beginners and provides careful, slow instruction. Please bring indoor shoes (gym shoes). Wear comfortable clothing to participate. If you're looking to start exercising, take this opportunity to try it out.
