Top runners of reconstruction talk about the present and future of Fukushima

Workshop to envision the future of Hamadori, Fukushima
The coastal area of Fukushima Prefecture, known as 'Hamadori', suffered tremendous damage due to the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear accident in 2011. Since shortly after the disaster, there have been individuals leading the way in reconstruction, carving out the future of the town through entrepreneurship and succession. In this event, we will welcome three practitioners who have continued to challenge the front lines from Fukushima to Tokyo, to discuss with participants the 'future of Hamadori' they envision and the diverse options for engaging with the community through a talk and workshop.
