Active individuals from Toyama Prefecture gather in Tokyo
The largest annual event of the Tokyo Toyama Prefectural Association Federation, held every early June. It brings together the prefectural governor, municipal leaders, council members, and residents from Toyama Prefecture. The day will include the awarding of the Furusato Prize established by the association, honors and awards for distinguished service, celebrations of 88th and 77th birthdays, introductions of active residents, performances of Toyama folk songs, and the presence of luxurious guests, making it a grand event. The 'Furusato Products Fair', which features Toyama products for sale, local tourism PR, and corporate PR booths, will also be held at the same time.
