Cool Breeze Kainan Wind Chime Festival

Every year, 400 to 500 glass, iron, and ceramic wind chimes, as well as lacquerware unique to Kainan, warmly welcome visitors. The wind chimes are hung from the trees in Kasuga Forest and from household items (clothesline hangers) and traditional umbrellas, introducing Kainan's local specialties along with the lacquered wind chimes. Enjoy the cheerful sounds of the wind chimes ringing in the refreshing breeze that passes through Kasuga Forest, and visit the 'Kasuga Wind Chime Festival' where the sound changes with the strength and direction of the wind.
