After the film screening, there will be a lecture by director Shoichiro Komatsu. He shares his tumultuous life story through an interview during filming and diary entries from his childhood, including his complex feelings about his Swedish father whom he parted with in his youth, the strict lessons from his pianist mother, the discrimination against being biracial, the struggles of a poor student abroad, and the loss of hearing just as he was on the brink of success in music.
