About 100 carp streamers swim in the wind above the Hida River. Local residents have been holding this event since 1989 to celebrate the Children's Day (Tango no Sekku). In recent years, there were years when the streamers could not be displayed, but it resumed last year. On a clear day, the sight of the colorful streamers swimming is refreshing and gives you energy.
