Ee Jan! Hiroshima Setouchi Beer Hall 2025

This year, we'll introduce two luxurious hot pots for the chef's cooking service. Enjoy the "Baked Sea Snails from Setouchi with Genovese Flavor" that pairs well with white wine, and the "Pan-fried Akitsu Potatoes and Red Fish with the Aroma of Setouchi Lemon". We have over 15 diverse dishes using plenty of local ingredients from Setouchi, such as the juicy "Homemade Spare Ribs" that goes perfectly with red wine.
