Ee Jan! Hiroshima Setouchi Beer Hall 2025

This year, there are two types of luxurious hot pots making their debut with the chef's cooking service. Enjoy the "Baked Sea Snails from Setouchi with Genovese Flavor" which pairs well with white wine, and the "Poached Red Fish with Aki-tsu Potatoes and Aroma of Setouchi Lemon," as well as the juicy "Homemade Spare Ribs" which goes perfectly with red wine. More than 15 varied dishes using abundant Setouchi ingredients are available.
