Diversity Management - What is the Nature of Leadership?

In this session, we will reflect on our own issues as participants while incorporating group exercises called action learning conversations regarding communication as a leader in social activities. By becoming aware of our own, others', or the organization's assumptions regarding diversity promotion, we will be able to take a step towards change.
