The "Tango no Sekku" celebrates the longing for the child's successful future and good health. In the past, it was believed that having an odd number was bad luck, and on May 5, irises were displayed to ward off evil. During the Edo period, it came to symbolize boys' celebration due to the overlap of iris and bravery. This year, we will hold a Tango no Sekku exhibition featuring May dolls and warrior streamers. On May 5, enjoy the event "Mini Enichi" and experience traditional evil-warding. Try using iris decorations at your eaves for protection. Sweets will also be given to children in elementary school and below.
