Home-made Miso Making before Spring Break in Azumino, Nagano Prefecture

Spring Break! Making home-made miso with organic ingredients
What is the most delicious miso in the world? It must be "home-made miso". The miso you make yourself is the best! At Azumino Chikyu Yado, a guesthouse practicing a rural lifestyle in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture, we will be making home-made miso again this year. Using organic rice and soybeans grown in our garden, we will make miso from rice malt, and the process of rolling miso balls can also be enjoyed by children. This is also recommended as a fun experience for spring break that combines food education. *Participants from distant locations can stay overnight at the Earth Inn before and after the event. ■Notes Great for parent-child experiences during spring break! For those who want to make their own lifestyle!
