Tamura Shrine Lantern Festival
The gentle light of lanterns shines
This summer festival was founded to comfort the spirit of the deity Sakanoue no Tamuramaro and to honor his achievements. The shrine grounds are adorned with about 9,000 lanterns donated by parishioners and worshippers, creating a幻想的な雰囲気に包まれる.
