The Ibaraki Festival is planned with the theme "Let's create together, everyone's festival," aiming for a citizen-participation type event where people of all ages can enjoy themselves without accidents or troubles. Last year's attendance exceeded 120,000, making it a great success. This year, we have a lot of exciting activities planned, including a kids' experience booth, food stalls, a classical contest, and the '27th Energetic! Ibaraki! Odorin-pic!'
