Yokohama Kinema Club 84th Screening 'Sakura Tai Chiru'

80th Anniversary of the End of the War Screening Event
The 84th Yokohama Kinema Club screening will show Director Keito Shindo's film 'Sakura Tai Chiru' in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the end of the war. The film tells the story of the nine actors and staff of the mobile theater troupe 'Sakura Tai,' who lost their lives due to the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, through a dramatized reenactment and testimonies from related individuals. A lecture by Mr. Jiro Shindo, the producer of this work, will take place after the film screening. Additionally, there will be a sale of a leaflet (500 yen) regarding Sakura Tai from the Mobile Theater Sakura Tai Peace Memorial Association. ■Notes For ticket purchasing methods, please refer to the website.
