Mount Takashiba has an elevation of 884m, and from mid-May to late May, 30,000 azalea plants come into full bloom. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the summit from the trailhead, making it a popular mountain for everyone from children to the elderly to enjoy hiking easily. The bright crimson carpet that spreads across the summit is worth seeing!
