Kawaguchiko Kura-dashi Wine Bar
Taste Yamanashi wine at the foot of Mount Fuji
This is an event limited to Japanese wines where wineries from Yamanashi gather, allowing visitors to compare wines in their preferred amounts. This year, it will be held during Golden Week at the foot of Mount Fuji, by the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. Sommeliers and producers will be serving at the venue. Paid tastings will be available in glasses. Local selected shops will provide picnic food that pairs well with the wine. Enjoy a three-day gastronomic experience surrounded by live performances, the lake, and greenery!

10 minutes from the Kawaguchiko IC on the Chuo Expressway, 10 minutes from the Fujiyoshida IC on the Higashi-Fuji Road.
20 minutes on foot from Fujikyu Kawaguchiko Station, 7 minutes by city bus, get off right after Kawaguchi Herb Museum.

- Free admission. However, to drink wine, you need to purchase a special glass and food/drink tickets. The starter set (1,200 yen participation fee, 2,400 yen worth of food/drink tickets, and a 1,000 yen glass deposit) totals 4,500 yen on the day.
