Sakura in Full Bloom: Weeping Cherry Trees at Anyoji

Designated as a Special Natural Monument of Matsumoto City
The weeping cherry trees, approximately 500 years old, with their wonderful branches in the grounds of Anyoji, are truly impressive, with over twenty trees to see. In addition, giant trees such as the Three-Pine and Koyamaki let you feel the weight of nature and history. Smoking, picnics, food, and alcohol consumption in the temple grounds are prohibited.
