Musical "The First Samurai - Manchū's Story" and "The Dragon's Rise: Kusunoki Masashige and Hisako"

The premiere of an original historical musical depicting the life of Minamoto no Manchū, who led Japan's first warrior group (a family community centered around the head of the household) and became the ancestor of the successive shoguns of the Kamakura, Muromachi, and Tokugawa periods. This same day, the male opera troupe "Musical Buddies," which features men playing female roles, will also perform the musical "The Dragon's Rise: Kusunoki Masashige and Hisako," which has been staged 25 times in various locations.
