Experience the Forest Therapy "One-Day Course" with the sound of cicadas and try your hand at indigo leaf dyeing. A forest therapy guide will slowly show you around the beautiful BIOTOPIA plateau forest, just an hour and a half from the city center. After a lunch featuring seasonal local ingredients in a Japanese menu, you will cut organic indigo grown in BIOTOPIA's herb garden and dye your own bag. This experience, available only in this season, allows you to acquire fresh indigo leaves!
