A special one-night-only dinner party to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the hotel, supervised by the head chef, Manaya Nakaune, who has been awarded the "Chevalier of the Order of Agricultural Merit" by the French Republic. Nakaune, who has inherited the traditions of French cuisine, and Yoshiyaki Kishi, the former head chef of the hotel and his mentor, unite the bonds formed over nearly 40 years. Incorporating seasonal ingredients from Kochi and Niigata, the hometowns of both chefs, they present a special course filled with tradition, innovation, and affection for their regions, delivered with gratitude for 30 years.
