A large-scale exhibition that explores the core of Kanjiro Okazaki, one of Japan's leading sculptors. Okazaki has been involved in innovative work not only in painting and sculpture but also in architecture, environmental cultural planning, picture books, and robot development, and has been active as a critic across various cultural fields. Due to the innovative nature of his work in each field, it has been difficult to grasp the full picture of Okazaki's work, but this exhibition provides an overview from the theme of form, which consistently underlies his work. Note: the character '崎' is pronounced 'tatsuzaki'.
